PPD Holdings has secured a 21-acre Opportunity Zone site in the Two Rivers Master Planned community in Wesley Chapel, FL for a 285-unit multifamily project. The transaction is expected to be completed in Q4 2025 with construction starting shortly thereafter.

Winkler & Gladiolus, one of the few remaining in-fill sites west of Interstate 75 with proximity to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, will consist of 386 units in four, 5-story buildings. The project will feature amenities such as a resort-style pool, two-story clubhouse & sky lounge, fitness center, dog park, pickleball courts, and a walking path around a community lake that spans more than seven acres. The project is expected to break ground in April 2025.
