PPD Holdings and The Residential Group entered into a joint venture partnership with Clarion Partners to begin development of The Crest at Brier Creek in Raleigh, North Carolina. Construction financing was approved by RBC Bank and the project will break ground in January of 2012. Leasing is expected to begin in the spring of 2013.
