PPD Holdings recently secured construction loans for multifamily properties in Flowery Branch, Ga., and Naples, Fla. The construction loan for The Crest at Flowery Branch will be provided BBVA Compass, and The Crest at Naples’ construction will be financed through Fifth Third Bank.
